Recent comments on this site have me wondering: are there still no changes at Rakuten?
It has been a bit quiet around here and in the thread on slickdeals, but I wonder if that’s because less people are shopping at Rakuten.
The comments left on this page this week lead me to believe the fraud is still quite prevalent.
